You must give one calendar month’s notice if you wish to reduce your sessions or cancel your child’s nursery space.
If you wish to increase your child’s sessions, you must give one calendar month’s notice where possible; however, we will try to do this sooner, subject to availability.
Before receiving your first invoice with funding applied, you will receive a breakdown document highlighting where the funding is applied and the different elements that make up your child’s total invoice amount. This will be sent to you one month before your funded invoice, alongside a document explaining the breakdown.
Tax-free childcare is separate from us as a setting.
When creating your tax-free childcare account, you will need to allocate your payments to The Mulberry Bush setting that your child is attending. Each individual setting has its own account set up, so allocating the payment should be easy.
You may need your child’s setting’s OFSTED number; if so, you can contact the setting to retrieve this.
Invoices are payable in advance and must be paid by the last working day of the previous month for the following month. You will receive your child’s nursery invoice on or around the 10th of each month. The invoice you receive will be for the following month, and it will then need to be paid in advance by the last day of the month.
For example, on 10th June, you will receive your invoice for July. This is then payable by 30th June, ready for 1st July.

If your child is not yet receiving funding, all food and other consumables will be included in the daily rate listed on the costings page.
If you are in receipt of funding, funding will be claimed for all eligible hours, and any other hours out of the funded hours will be charged using the daily rate.
For all hours funded, there will be an additional cost for food, and depending on your child’s age and the room they are in, a guaranteed charge may be applied.

Yes, all rates include nappies, wipes, and Sudocreme. The nursery will always use one specific brand of nappies and wipes. If, for any reason, your child cannot use the brand of nappies and wipes that the setting supplies, you would need to supply the brand of your choice.
Breakfast: 7:30-8:30
AM snack: 9:30 – 10
Lunch: 11:30-12:30
Tea: 3:30-4:30
If your child is not yet in receipt of funding, all food and other consumables will be included in the daily rate listed on the costings page.
For all hours that are funded, an additional cost for food will be applied to your child’s invoice. This will be shared with you via your child’s fee breakdown document.
