Welcome to our Hedge End setting, one of two new additions to The Mulberry Bush family. Previously known as Little Acorns, our Hedge End nursery is now part of a growing story. It’s a warm, welcoming space where children feel safe, loved, and ready to explore.

Hedge End is a place where little learners discover their potential

Fully renovated in 2025/26, our Hedge End nursery has been thoughtfully designed to create a warm and welcoming environment for children from babies through to preschool age. From cosy spaces where babies can feel safe and settled, to bright and engaging rooms for toddlers and preschoolers, each area has been carefully planned to encourage exploration, independence and a love of learning through play.

A tailored sensory experience

At Hedge End, we have a bespoke sensory space, designed to ignite curiosity and support emotional wellbeing across all age groups. This calming, engaging room is full of inspiring resources that encourage discovery, imaginative play, and gentle, focused learning moments.

Nature-filled adventures outside

Our garden is a space where imaginations roam and muddy hands are always welcome! With dedicated baby zones, shady corners, and open areas for climbing, digging, and building, Hedge End offers children plenty of space to explore, experiment, and connect with nature in small, supported groups.
