PRACTITIONER - Locks heath

The Mulberry Bush is seeking a caring, enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to provide high-quality care and education for young children in a warm, supportive environment. You’ll plan engaging activities, nurture children’s development, and build strong relationships with families and colleagues. Salary: £27,768 – £31,096 per year (based on experience)

The Mulberry Bush is looking for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to help create engaging early learning experiences for young children. In this role, you’ll support children’s daily routines, encourage curiosity through play-based activities, and help build a calm, welcoming environment where every child feels valued. Working closely with colleagues and families, you’ll help support children’s development while contributing to the positive and supportive culture of our nursery team.

The Mulberry Bush is looking for a Room Leader who can bring energy and direction to our toddler room during a maternity cover period. You’ll take ownership of the room’s day-to-day flow, keeping things organised, purposeful and engaging for both children and staff. From shaping routines to supporting your team, you’ll help create a space where learning feels natural, consistent and well-led, while building strong, trusted relationships with families along the way.

Location: Locks Heath

Salary: £32,032 – £35,360 per year (based on experience)

Hours: Full-time (Monday–Friday)

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities
