Before we can secure your child’s spot with us… please read these details.

Once you decide that you would like your child to attend the Mulberry Bush and you have confirmed the availability of sessions, we ask that you complete an online registration form (accessible via the below button) and pay a non-refundable registration fee (bank details will be provided once you have submitted your registration form).

The registration fee covers the administration procedure.

Once we receive the registration form and fee and agree upon the start dates and days of attendance, we will send a confirmation letter or email.
